Welcome to JAF Prêt-à-porter

Our story began in 1976 when my father, Jaf Kaoussarani, immigrated to Canada. A tailor by trade, he came to Quebec from Lebanon with his scissors in his pocket and not much else. By 1978 he'd opened our first store in Ville St. Laurent. We've enjoyed a solid reputation and continued growth ever since. In 2001 our family opened a second store at 1140 Union in downtown Montreal. in 2004 a third store in Laval and in 2009 a liquidation store also in laval.

I joined my father in the family business full time and have been the company's president since 1995. Our motto is "LOOK SHARP, SHOP SMART" and we aim to offer the best customer service and value in the industry.

We carry brands that reflect our commitment to fashion, attention to detail and value.

Most of our business is with local suppliers who offer quality imports from Italy, Germany and France. We also support many local Montreal businesses.
